Staying here was a beautiful escape where the hotel grounds were amazing. The view from our room over the garden down to the sea was stunning. The location is great for visiting Rapa Nui National Park, which is only a short walk away. One of the highlights was exploring on the free bikes they offered, making it easy to venture into town despite the distance. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the custom egg dishes.

design and decoration of the hotel are really good. location is very comfortable to move around the island, while ensuring total tranquility for rest. It is worth mentioning its magnificent restaurant, with a cook worthy of the best cuisines. I fully recommend it, whether you are staying in this hotel or another, as I dare say that it is the best restaurant on the island, with more than reasonable prices. breakfast is great.

Amazing staff and magnificent location away from the town Easy to get a taxi, everything was perfect. Got adequate and great breakfasts and overall had a fantastic stay overall for 4 nights. Location: the hotel was near the centre of the property, Hanga Roa, and an island of ten thousand people in the middle of the pacific. And it was within easy walking distance of Rapa Nui National Park.

beautifully laid out garden, light and airy rooms, unique common living area
Expect some howling dogs echoing through the night and disruptive roosters in the morning!!! Hotel's remote location makes transport tricky, especially with inconsistent taxi fares popping up!!! Privacy concerns with outdoor areas without fencing!!!

staff is a very kind pleasure to all. hotel is nice and food in the restaurant is incredible.
The cabin was shared with another couple. In the first instance we didn't like it because we found that there was a lack of privacy. But we didn't really have a problem. I think the worst part was the smell of the septic tank. The hotel is a little far from the village you must go by taxi or rent a car or bicycles

Amazing views and serene vibes
The hotel offered fantastic excursions with knowledgeable guides. Breakfast was a delight, with daily fresh offerings including warm croissants. The garden is a tropical paradise, filled with vibrant flowers and free-range chickens!
The hotel's location is a bit far from town, requiring a 30-minute walk uphill for some guests. Noise from roaming dogs and roosters can interrupt the peaceful atmosphere at night.

place and facilities. Nice place. Staff kindness. Good room.
Little variety of breads for breakfast. There are only sliced breads and it also costs to toast because there is only one toaster (which is slow)

The fine botanical gardens and vibrant flowers provided a tranquil backdrop to my solo retreat. Breakfast was hearty, with fresh fruit from the hotel grounds. The internet access was poor and often unreliable, frustrating during planning. The roosters crowing at dawn disrupted the peace, and the pool area was uncomfortably noisy during afternoon aerobics sessions.
